Patti MagersPatti Magers has spent her career in pursuit of great customer relationships for the companies she’s worked for and the clients she’s served. She has led or coached a range of customer relationship projects in companies of all sizes with a focus on customer engagement, voice of the customer, customer advocacy, and customer retention. As the principal of the Magers Group, Patti helps executives and entrepreneurs optimize the customer experience in ways that make good business sense.

Patti’s experience includes 18 years at Nordstrom where she led IT support teams and successful customer care initiatives in a highly customer-first culture. Her career also spans IT software and services including six years at Microsoft where she developed processes and tools to improve customers’ experience with online services and support.

Patti is a past president of the Pacific Northwest chapter of the itSMF and is a current board member of This I Believe.
